Our team will be taking a well-deserved break from 23rd December until 5th January. See you in the New Year!


Holiday season support

  • To reduce the risk of release issues during the busy holiday period, development releases are paused except for urgent support-related fixes.

  • Clients with included (non-SLA) support may continue to raise support tickets, and they will be actioned by the team slightly slower than usual.

  • Clients with paid support contracts are unaffected and should continue to follow their support process.
