Our team will be taking a well-deserved break from 23rd December until 5th January. See you in the New Year!
Holiday season support
To reduce the risk of release issues during the busy holiday period, development releases are paused except for urgent support-related fixes.
Clients with included (non-SLA) support may continue to raise support tickets, and they will be actioned by the team slightly slower than usual.
Clients with paid support contracts are unaffected and should continue to follow their support process.
