Communicating, motivating each other and of course keeping up their spirits

The current working from home arrangements mean that for many getting used to the reality of not being part of an office working environment can take a lot to get used to. Employee engagement, colleague communication and motivation have never been so important.

So with a focus on ensuring the ‘Acquire Team’ are communicating, motivating each other and of course keeping up their spirits, we have continued some regular activities and introduced some new ones… and they have gone down a storm!

Every Monday we have created the opportunity to get together ‘Virtually’ for breakfast.

‘Would I Lie to You winner’ Julia with her prize!

Throughout the week we have been sharing riddles, and introducing competitions, including our very own version of ‘Would I Lie To You’, with members of the team sharing some fantastic facts and insights into their lives, with colleagues tasked with trying to work out the most lies!

We’ve also introduced ‘Time to Talk Tuesdays’ to encourage members of the team to arrange a catch up with a colleague that they have not spoken to in a while, for a coffee and a catch up.

Our week is then finished off with a ‘Virtual Beer Cart Friday’ so the team can come together to finish the week off…… with a drink of their choice of course.

However you are working to engage with your employees be sure to make it simple, fun and engaging!
